This was the sunset as I was walking to my Econ test tonight. The view in the opposite direction, taken about ten minutes earlier and ten miles further east, is equally impressive in its own way. Chris and Libby arrived today for a few days of vacation before the weekend's wedding festivities. This is quite an introduction to Colorado sunsets for them, so I hope they were able to see it. For the rest of you who are coming out this way in the next few days, consider this a tease. I can't say that it happens like this every day, or even every week, but it's far from being an uncommon occurence. We've got scattered showers in the forecast through the weekend, so a repeat performance is quite likely.
