Waiting for the Snow
On Saturday the temperature reached 83°F, and we danced outside until 11pm without jackets. Today it is cold and raining and the snow is due to start any minute. It's the perfect day to stay inside, wrapped in blankets, wearing warm fuzzy slippers, sipping a cup of hot herbal tea, working on photos with a warm soft kitty in your lap, and a chicken and rice casserole baking in the oven. Sorcha has divided her time today between my lap and the polar fleece blanket on my bed. Every few minutes, I peek outside to see if the snow has started yet.
