Low-Cal Dinner

Surprisingly Excellent Veggie Wrap

a 6-inch tortilla
1 tbsp guacamole
1 tbsp crumbled reduced-fat feta
2 thin strips of red bell pepper, diced
1 thick slice of cucumber, diced
1/2 roma tomato, diced
a generous pinch of clover sprouts

All stuff I would never have touched in a million years as a kid, now my favorite cheap, low-cal dinner standby. "Cheap" because a bell pepper and a cucumber last a long time. I also like to chop a scallion into it, but I'm out of those tonight. (WW: 3 pts)
