My parents came into town for the show yesterday, and today we wandered around Denver and whatnot almost aimlessly. We toured the expansion exhibit at the Denver Art Museum. We had ice cream on the 16th Street Mall. We walked the town of Morrison end to end and back. And I took them on a driving tour of Red Rocks Park, home of the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. We stopped in a few places on the way up to take in the view. It was cloudy, but the sun broke through as it was beginning to set, backlighting this formation just so.
