The Taj Mahal of Golden, Colorado

Today's photo is of the Taj Mahal. Not that Taj Mahal, obviously, but this is what Jeffco locals call the Jefferson County Administration & Courts Facility, since it's big and pretty and bears a vague resemblence to its namesake with the two wings extending from a wide, tall-domed entry. All that's missing is a gigantic reflecting pool in front - but it does have a fake obelisk and a roundabout... Today the flags are flying at half staff, I'm guessing for Rosa Parks.

Every so often, as part of my bank duties, I run documents to the Taj Mahal. Deeds of Trust, releases, and vehicle titles. I look forward to this, because it means I'm out of the bank for an extra hour, and feels like a two hour lunch. It's not even noon, but I can already see this is going to be the most exciting part of my day.
